Dear Prospective Buyer,

We are pleased you are interested in joining the Harbour Landings Estates (HLE) community. Harbour Landings Estates is a Deed Restricted Community with active, involved members. You can find the Association By-Laws, Articles of Incorporation, Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and HLE adopted standards and policies in the ARB Architectural Standards and Guidelines, Construction Work Rules and HLE Community Information, all available on the HLE website, www.harbourlandingsestates.com. The HLE Board of Directors continues to actively work to improve HLE and make it a better place to live. In furtherance of this goal, the Board of Directors of Harbour Landings Estates Association Inc. has established criteria for Lot Owners. Whether you plan to live in HLE full time or seasonally, we hope you will enjoy the benefits of our community.

Please note, it is very important that Harbour Landings Estates and the Community Manager have your current, correct, contact information. In the event of an emergency or storm, we often need to contact all Lot Owners quickly. Therefore, phone and email contacts are required information on the HLE Lot / House Buyer Application form. The HLE Lot / House Buyer Application form can also be used to update your information with the HLE Community Manager.

Harbour Landings Estates uses email to facilitate regular Owner communications and texts for critical (time sensitive, urgent, or emergency) notices to Owners. HLE also publishes a directory of Lot Owners. This information is held in strict confidence and will NOT be shared with anyone who is not a Lot Owner. We require that all Lot Owners also adhere to this policy. Lot Ownership is a matter of Public Record, but email addresses and phone numbers are not. Publishing your phone and email contact information within the HLE community will allow any Lot Owner or the Community Manager to contact you if a problem is noted with your property and/or notify you of critical community information. While not recommended, if you do not want your phone or email published, you may opt out of their inclusion in the HLE directory.

Qualification of Potential Lot / House Owners

It is the policy of Harbour Landings Estates Association Inc. (HLE) to not discriminate against Buyers of Lots / Houses in regard to Race, Color, National Origin, Religion, Sex, Familial Status, or Disability.

Leased Properties:

Vacation Rentals, Seasonal Rentals or ANY Lease of less than one (1) year are not permitted.
For Homeowners who intend to lease their homes, HLE requires you: 1) notify the Association of your intent to lease the property; 2) the names and contact phone numbers and email addresses of all adult lessors; and 3) provide a copy of the minimum one (1) year lease to the HLE Community Manager.
